Rules for a single slave...

The famous rules by which I try to live...

Sadly, they are not s simple list with 'rule #1, rule #2 etc... They are a chaotic list, hand written on several big sheets of paper that cover the walls of my room, and whenever I decide there needs to be a rule about something, I try to ad it in a spot that makes sense. Al the rules however boil down to a few base principles.

• 1:A slave must be useful for anyone who wants to use him.
• 2: Sex is too good to waste on slaves, a slave should be kept in chastity.
• 3: A slave needs to be reminded of his slave status with everything he does.
• 4: A slave does not live a normal live, and does not do the things normal people do.
• 5: There should be no distraction from being a slave.

Under each of these main rules, I have a long list of do's and don’ts that pretty much decide how I spend every waking moment of my days, and even decide how I sleep.

The basic outline of my life? I have a part time job (early morning, usually till noon, sometimes longer with an commercial cleaning firm. Simply said: I spend most of my work cleaning toilets and pushing floor waxing machines through corridors. I am not married (was once, long story for another time), have been an active and owned slave serving my ex and later a group of men most of my life, and now live alone. I have a small apartment with one big room with kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom. My (very small) hallway looks normal except for a (again very small) closet in which I keep 2 sets of 'normal' cloths for going to work. I have turned the small bedroom into a living room, with couple of comfy chairs, a low table and a wall rack with a (not connected) tv and dvd player, and some books and dvd's I bought at goodwill. I am not allowed to use that room, it is for use with visitors only.

The big room with kitchen is my 'slave room'. It has one comfy chair (off limits for me, mostly a relict from past days), and no other 'normal' furniture. There is a small 2 cabinet kitchenette, and I have made shelves along one wall where all my slave life gear is stored.

Since all of those rules are in dutch, and hand written, I have made a loose translation of the rules that determine most of my time. In future I should probably add more of the less used rules, or the more specific rules, and I should probably add a lot of explanation and examples to what I have written. Please let me know if you want anything specific explained.

1:A slave must be useful for anyone who wants to use him.

Living alone, this one is the hardest, but also the simplest and most important one. It mostly consists of house hold chores and how and when to do them,

• I have to keep my room, the bathroom and the forbidden room spotless clean.
• Floor should be scrubbed daily, with only a small hand brush and a small towel for mop.
• Storage shelves should be dusted daily.
• The bathroom and the forbidden room should have a thorough cleaning once a week.
• Cleaning should be done in a slave outfit, with bondage or torture like clamps or weights worn to make it more difficult. Any spills on the floor have to be licked up right away, before scrubbing.
• Since I live alone, there is no need for cooking. However, since I should be able to cook for my betters, I do need to practice. On every first and third Saturday of the month, I have prepare a full 5 course meal for one.
• On cooking days I am not allowed to eat at all, and I am only allowed to drink 1,5 litres of water. 
• After cooking, the computer program decides what to do with the meal: eat it (1 in 6 chance), release an enema over it and eat it (1 in 6 chance), mash it all together and eat it (1 in 6 chance), throw it away (3 in 6 chance).
• When allowed to eat a cooked meal in any form, I am only allowed 2 serving spoons of each dish

• To stay in shape, a daily workout is needed. After getting up in the morning, I am allowed to ask the computer for permission to pee, and then it’s time for a half hour workout. Use saved Youtube vids for callisthenics, 'the daily dozen' or other home-workouts.
• After the workout, take 30 minutes before washing. Ask the computer for breakfast, prepare it (if permitted), Stand with nose against wall and feet 100 cm apart for the rest of the time.

2: Sex is to good to waste on slaves, a slave should be kept in chastity.

• A chastity device cannot keep me from cumming, but it can make it much less pleasurable and more difficult. Chastity devices I wear should always be optimised for that purpose; they should hurt when I get hard and make an orgasm as difficult as possible.
• I learned that, after a week or two, I would get more comfortable and more at ease with no orgasms, I would more or less get used to it. For maximum discomfort and frustration, I should have a chance or at least an attempt for orgasm about once a week.
• Any attempt at relief should have a chance of failure. Try to add randomness by connecting vibrator to computer,
• I am not allowed to keep the chastity keys in the house but one emergency key, plastered into the bathroom wall.
• Keep the main key at work, and decide before going home whether to unlock. Even when unlocked, leave chastity device and lock on until they are removed for the actual relief.
• If there are no other determining factors (online game, dice game, actual permission from person online in RL), ask the computer after coming home with an unlocked chastity device for permission to stay unlocked (1 in 3 chance for yes).
• I am not allowed to unlock 2 days in a row

• Release should never be achieved by any 'normal' means. No wanking, no fucking.
• Relief should always be made difficult by bondage (hard positions, unable to move), torture (clamps and weights, electric shocks, ball punches at computer signals) or by doing revolting tasks while trying to cum (emptying shit bucket by hand, cleaning floor after spilling enema).
• The way I am allowed to cum gets usually picked by computer unless I can find some other random way.

• Since I am not gay or bisexual, serving men has to be practised daily.
• Mouth and ass fucking practice should be done after diner
• Mouth and ass fucking practice consists of 2 minutes of deep throating the dildo, that turning and 2 minutes ass fucking with a dildo, followed by one minute of sucking the dildo clean. Use the computer program 'fuck practice' for timer signals. This sequence must be repeated 5 times.

3: A slave needs to be reminded of his slave status with everything he does.

• I should treat all people with the total respect.
• I am not allowed to contradict people
• I always have to stand, unless sitting is the only 'normal' option.

4: A slave does not live a normal live, and does not do the things normal people do.

• I am not allowed to use the 'normal' living room.
• I am not allowed to use the bathroom
• Outside the house, I am not allowed to use any bathroom, I am only allowed to relieve myself at home

• I keep 2 buckets in my slave room, one is used to piss, the other is used to shit. The buckets get emptied once a day, before take my shit.
• I can ask the computer permission to piss at any time of the day, and it will tell me yes, no or give me additional instructions.
• I am only allowed to shit between 10 and 12 in the evening.
• I am not allowed to use toilet paper, I have to use a water bottle and my hand to clean myself, and wash my hands afterwards.

• Outside the house I have to remain standing unless sitting down is the only reasonable option
• In my slave room I am not to use furniture, unless it is ‘slave furniture’ (3 legged stool with dildo, stool with hole and ball clamp underneath)
• I am only allowed to leave the house once a day in full 'normal' clothes, and only on ‘work days’.
• Normal clothes are shoes, trousers, shirt and weather depending coat. Never underwear or socks.
• When I leave the house for work, I am not allowed to do shopping or do anything else. I go to work, do my job, and return straight home.
• When I leave the house for anything other reason than work, I have to wear a slave outfit.
• When the outside temperature is below 25 C, I have ask the computer for a slave outfit for leaving the house. That should be a long raincoat, with underneath trousers with cut-out back and front (like chaps) and a shirt cut off above the nipples. I also have to wear at least 1 item that provides pain, like nipple clamps, ball weights or but plug.
• When temperatures are above 25C, I am allowed to leave the house in trousers, plain T-shirt and slippers, but always with ball weights underneath.

• I sleep tied down. My 'bed' is a wooden rectangle on the floor, with a thin foam mat. No blankets, no pillow
• I have to sleep with at least my hands and feet locked to the side of the 'bed'.Further torture like clamps, more elaborate bondage or computer controlled shocks or vibrators are always an option (the computer pichs my 'sleeping atire').
  
• During the weekend, thsere should be at least one night in torturous bondage that makes sleeping hard, if not impossible.
  

5: There should be no distraction from being a slave.

In general that is pretty easy. I am alone, have no family or relatives, and no friends except for a few people from my past (all more or less involved in my past slave life). I haven't had a ‘normal’ visitor in years (Postman and Meterman not counted, they never come past the hallway). As for rules:

• No phone, tv, radio or normal internet entertainment. I have a tv and dvd player, but I keep them in the 'forbidden room' and am not allowed to watch tv, listen to a radio, read books or magazines.
• I have an simple and rather old flip out mobile phone, no internet, radio or anything on that.
• I have a computer and use a site blocker program. I have set it up to block everything except sites that I added to the 'allowed' list. I can use google, visit the work related web, my bank and a few other utility sites. But no entertainment sites, news sites, internet tv, internet music of whatsoever. The only sites on my 'allowed' list are about porn and bdsm.
• If I use google and find a new site, I first have to add it to the allowed list before I can check it out.
• I am only allowed to leave the house for work, shopping or on specific orders. No bars, restaurants, movies or whatever.

This is not a complete list, but I hope it gives a bit of an idea.
